Tapered Roller Conveyor Curve

The tapered roller conveyor curve can come with 45 degree or 90 degree curves with between frame ranging from 13 inches to 39 inches. Rollers are set high on this product and guard rails are strongly recommended.

Best of all, this conveyor is available for immediate shipment! It is highly recommended for when customers are looking to move boxes around a curve. This conveyor retains orientation better than a standard one. The maximum capacity is 250 pounds per individual roller and 650 pound is the maximum total distributed load.

White Nylon Skate Wheel Conveyors

For customers looking for never rusting wheels, consider our white nylon skate wheel conveyors.  The product features and aluminum frame with white nylon wheels. It is also a quick ship item.

Stainless Steel Food Grade Conveyor Systems

A standard conveyor is not sanitary if customers are wishing to transport food and related items. The food grade conveyor system is washdown IP-54 low pressure.

The food grade conveyor system features variable speed drive from 0 to 75 fpm. Legs also adjust between 32 and 42 inches.  It is also 220V 1 Phase. Choose between ½, 1, and 2 HP motors.

Stainless Steel Conveyors

We have other options for stainless steel conveyors besides the food grade conveyor systems! Not many of our customers look for stainless conveyors, but they are ideal for customers looking to use conveyors for washdown purposes.

Our heavy duty stainless conveyor is great for both washdown and corrosive applications. The conveyor comes with 1.9” diameter rollers set high. It is important to also order supports for this item. Frames have adjustable height between 36 and 42 inches.
