Hi, this is John with A Plus Warehouse and today I am gong to walk you through placing an order online or requesting a quote on the website.

To start:

This slide behind me shows a product page. 

Arrows are pointing to the search bar to find products on our website – search for anything you need to move it, lift it, or store it

and the quantity you want for your product – in this case a stacking bin.

After filling in the quantity and pressing next you will see your shopping cart.

Next you will see: continue shopping, request quote, or check out.

To get a quote with shipping the next step here is to press request quote.

If you are ready to place the order you will press, check out.

This is what the screen will look like if you press either request quote or check out.

Here you will fill in all your information such as shipping and contact information. The birthday section is optional for you to get a birthday discount.

When you provide a cell number, we can easily communicate to you through texting – even payments can be processed through texting.

If you pressed check out then there will be a section to fill out credit card information. You are able to apply for net15 payments terms as well.

Some more questions you will see when requesting a quote are shown in this next slide.

Budget and when you want to buy will help us provide you with the best service suited for your needs.

When it comes to both requesting a quote or checking out we have an optional account creation section seen below the budget question.

When you create an account, you will be able to see your order and quote history.

 With all that said please note you can always just check out or request as guest and not create an account.

When it comes to shipping, we have additional options that go along with the standard shipping rate.
