You want the truck to be sealed against the building so the freight doesn't get wet and it's much safer that way. A seal is just the cushiony substance around the vinyl that compresses a bit when a truck backs into it. A shelter is more of a structure that has some guarding around the truck. We have a design form so you fill in the details and we design it through engineering. Dock bumpers of course are just bumpers you put on your dock loading docks so that the truck doesn't smash into the building directly.
