We have many HDRCs to choose from here so let’s break it down.

To start the rollers for all are set high as standard. Set low is available for specialized orders. We highly recommend structural frames for machine loading and unloading. Its efficient and safe. There is a 3,400 pound capacity on 10 foot centers and 7,500 on the 5 foot centers.

The standard length is 5 feet or 10 feet but we can special your order for any length up to 10 feet.

We also have curved conveyors, chose either a 45 or 90 degree curve.

We can have as little as a 3 inch roller center for small boxes or roller centers as large as 12 inches for large boxes.

A few tips to keep in mind about conveyors.

The package you are conveying should be sized smaller than the between frame size. This limits packages getting stuck.

Also, it is important to be aware there must be 3 rollers under a package at all times. If you don’t follow this rule your item can get trapped in the conveyors.

Let’s say you are debating what size roller to get; it is smarter to get the smaller. You can always pull out the extra rollers and use them as spares.
