Pneumatic lifts are commonly seen and widely used at warehouses due to their load capacities and versatility. They employ a lifting mechanism which incorporates a hollow cylinder and piston. An external motor or pump moves the piston within the cylinder, increasing the internal air pressure and causing the cylinder to move along the axis of the piston.

Many of our Pneumatic lifts are manufactured by Presto Lifts.  For over 70 years, they have been an industry leader in hydraulic equipment. Products are put through a rigorous 110% testing before shipment.

                The standard pneumatic lift can be used anywhere there is shop air available. No electricity is required. The lift must be lagged to the floor and has an 8 PSI at 15 CFM air requirement. The lift is available with 1,000-, 2,000-, and 3000-pound capacity.

                The heavy-duty lift has up to an 8,000-pound capacity and also requires no floor lagging. It has standard pedestal control. It comes with a pressure relief valve and has an air requirement of 80 PSI at 15 CFM. All lifts have a raised height of 36 inches, a lowered height of 12 inches, and a vertical travel of 24 inches.

                Pneumatic column lifts are also available. These have a 4,000-pound capacity and is great for raising palletized materials from ground level to working height without a forklift. There is a hand activated valve included for raising and lowering the lift.
